We are OmniTech, a remote-first company building tools used by thousands of teams worldwide. Our design team is growing and we need a Mid-Level Visual Designer to help us reach the next level. You will work alongside a senior team with high standards and a strong culture.
What You'll Do:
- Collaborate closely with engineers during implementation
- Maintain and evolve the company design system and component library
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and interactive design specifications
- Present design work to stakeholders and incorporate feedback
- Translate complex user problems into elegant, simple solutions
- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing sessions

- Solid understanding of best practices in your domain
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Proven ability to deliver projects independently
- Experience working cross-functionally with multiple teams
