We are NovaSystems, a remote-first company building tools used by thousands of teams worldwide. Our operations team is growing and we need a Principal Delivery Manager to help us reach the next level. You will work alongside a senior team with high standards and a strong culture.
What You'll Do:
- Build dashboards and reporting systems to track operational KPIs
- Facilitate agile ceremonies and keep teams aligned on priorities
- Coordinate with vendors, partners, and external stakeholders
- Manage cross-functional project delivery from planning to completion
- Identify bottlenecks and implement scalable process improvements
- Support resource planning and capacity management initiatives
- Document processes and ensure knowledge is shared across teams

- Exceptional ability to communicate complex ideas to all audiences
- Experience shaping long-term technical vision and strategy
- Demonstrated impact at the company or industry level
- 10+ years of deep expertise in your domain
