We are HelixSoft, a remote-first company building tools used by thousands of teams worldwide. Our engineering team is growing and we need a Senior Site Reliability Engineer to help us reach the next level. You will work alongside a senior team with high standards and a strong culture.
What You'll Do:
- Participate in on-call rotations and lead incident response efforts
- Contribute to engineering roadmap planning and sprint execution
- Collaborate with product and design teams to define technical requirements
- Write clean, well-tested, and well-documented code
- Identify and address technical debt to keep the codebase healthy
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and deployment infrastructure

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to drive technical decisions with long-term impact
- Proven track record of delivering complex, high-impact projects
- Experience mentoring junior and mid-level team members
