We are LumenSoft, a remote-first company building tools used by thousands of teams worldwide. Our data team is growing and we need a Staff Analytics Engineer to help us reach the next level. You will work alongside a senior team with high standards and a strong culture.
What You'll Do:
- Create dashboards and reports for business stakeholders
- Document data assets and maintain data catalog accuracy
- Develop ML models and deploy them to production environments
- Build and maintain robust data pipelines and ETL workflows
- Drive experimentation frameworks and A/B testing infrastructure
- Design and optimize data warehouse schemas for performance
What We're Looking For:
- Exceptional mentorship and organizational leadership skills
- 8+ years of experience with increasing scope and impact
- History of influencing technical or product strategy at scale
- Ability to work on ambiguous problems with limited direction
